Falls Apart In Hands
Absolutely dreadful ... as soon as you pick up a piece to even consider making a sandwich or a piece of toast, it comes apart in pieces in your hands even held gently.If you want to eat small pieces of broken bread instead of actual slices, this is the loaf for you.

the bread is ok but the shelf life orrible
i will give to the bread 3 or 4 star but i received the bread with a Best before date ridiculous... it was expiring the same day....so the issue here is with Amazon Fresh...because it is not so fresh....it is expired

Nice quality gf bread
Tried many gluten free breads. This is good alternative when my usual isn't available

Quite good, better if toasted from frozen
I've eaten this on and off for a while and can definitely say its better when taken straight out the freezer and toasted. Otherwise, we have found that it falls apart quite quickly and is crumbly and dry if not stored in the freezer. Taste when toasted is good. On the whole I think Genius products are good and consume various ones regularly
