It is thicker than a yoga mat. Quite solid, soft, slight bounce and very supportive which is good for protecting your back etc when doing exercise on the floor. Really good and elderly relatives have all reported how good it has been to use when attending various exercises classes or using for physiotherapy sessions.Thick, easy to clean, just wipe with a damp cloth, not slippery and supportive. The colour is a dull blue, unlike the green which is vibrant. The carry strap is okay, little flimsy but not a concern. Easy to roll up and put strap on. Easy to get in and out of the car but too big, thick and long to fit in a bag. Very light and easy to carry. Durable and will last for sometime despite being used two to three times a week.

I bought this mat because it has the right thickness I need. Very comfortable, quality product and just the right length and width. A little expensive but well worth it!

I like how soft it is, it looks great and it stays nice and flat on the floor, but after a few months of use I can see a fair amount of wear and tear. I will definitely have to replace this by the time it's 1 year old - up to you to decide if it's worth the purchase then.I exercise twice a week, so it in no way in heavy use.I'm still glad I got it, because the last one I had was awful - looked great after a year of use but wasn't as soft, it wouldn't stay flat on the floor, and just was a source of annoyance every time I exercised - this one on the other hand has been absolute pleasure to work out on ever since I got it.

This product is nice to do my daily stretches on. It easily rolls up so I can store it out of the way, and the convenient strap makes it easy to take any where.

Its very comfortable and arrived in only a couple of days.

I use this every day. It took a while to get the curl out of one end from being rolled, so I leave it flat. The pretty colors cost a lot more to order, so making do with the black.
