Springs tearing out after 10 months
My kids enjoyed this trampoline last winter and autumn, but after just 10 months in the shade the jumping mat springs are tearing out and the blue spring cover plastic is falling apart. Rather spend a bit more on a better product. Looks good on paper, but soon starts to fail.

Its falling apart
The suspension springs are being ripped off as the material that holds it together is ripping every time we jump. Terrible quality. I want my money back.

Allowed number of kids on the trampoline
Why do you show more than 1 child on the trampoline in the pictures and videos, if in your security guide you clearly state that only 1 person is allowed to be jumping on the trampoline at a time?P.S. showing and not providing a ladder is also a big issue
