No dice. Probably work better on tiles.
These didnt work well for. I have a rug behind my front door on a carpetted area. I hoped these would be enough grip to stop the rug moving and catching under the front door as it opens, but no dice. The grips are double sided and sticky, they stick to the underlaying carpet just great, but won't stay attached to the underside of the rug. Shame, as its a nice big pack size so I have plenty of spares. Would probably work better on tiles.

Insecurity
It quickly dawned on me that although these pads have a portion of the adhesive I wanted at the bottoms to secure my mat it was minute.Simply put- these pads are more suited to hard floors and allowing a mat to be more grippy against it’s slippery surface.Mat on carpet is a different story where the least you can expect is the extra weight at all four corners to make it more secure.
