Hi James, The current size offerings cannot be cut down to the sizes that you requested. You are welcome to order the next larger size, then send us a direct message after your order with your order number to request that your pieces be cut down to the specific sizes that you need. Q: Do you have the 42” in heavy duty?

Yes! We have #7063 or #7463 which are both mortised, heavy-duty options! available! If you are having trouble finding them please send us an email at amazon@legacyllc.com

Q: How much can be cut off the length

Door bottoms can be custom cut to almost any size, but we would need to know which size you are purchasing to best advise. For example, If you purchase the 48" piece, it can be cut to any size above 42". If you purchase the 36" piece, it can be cut to any size above 30".
