I have MS and wanted a simple way to help me cool my body temperature. I am very pleased that it really does work. Some of the reviewers seem to think it will be ice cold or that it doesn't work as the fabric is dry but that is the point. The gel absorbs the water leaving the fabric dry to touch. But when it is around your neck your body heat causes evaporation from the crystals and for many hours gently cools the neck area.

It does the job. I, personally, find it a little wet, even though I wipe off the excess moisture before using, but it certainly cools me down. I found that if I kept turning it over while I was wearing it, it felt really cold again - it seems to regenerate itself! It stayed cold for almost 3 days and even on the fourth day it was quite cool. I have ordered another for a bowling friend of mine.Takes a long time to dry out, but I would certainly recommend it.

Surprised how helpful this has proved. Used for tennis in hot weather, leave to dry out in between use and wash through as needed keeps it clean and by just tucking around the back of the neck it doesn't have to be visible and keeps the sun off my neck.

This little scarf works really well when I'm too hot. However, after a few weeks of being constantly damp it's getting dark mould spots, which rather spoils it. I can't find the package insert to tell me how to wash it, my fault entirely.

Not big enough to do any good

Probably not best to try this out on THE HOTTEST DAY OF THE YEAR like me (08/08/2020) but I also have MS and need to keep cool. This was next to useless at keeping me cool. I even put in the freezer for 10 mins and was a delight for about 3 minutes then skin temp again. Such a shame as it looks nice. just got a spray bottle with a fan attached from Home Bargains for £2 and that is better that this...for me anyway.

Great product

Have used whilst bowling for a few seasons now. Washes well, just water. Teen grandchildren will also use when bowling! Easily hidden under collar and keeps sun off back of neck.
