MIL had broken rib after a fall and therefore didn't want to take any risks in showering in the bath. Bought this as had no clue as to bath measurements but description say it's adjustable. In laws have really wide bath but this fitted easily and thankfully it has been reported as being very stable and secure which means improved confidence. Great peace of mind as we're not close by. Also bought a grip handle that secures with a simple pump action and removes easily too. So both can be put away when no-longer needed.

Ease of use, good quality

I bought this as I was travelling and knew where I was staying only had a shower over a standard bath. I have a shower seat at home but decided it would be too wide for a standard bath.I looked long and hard at all the bath boards that were available and chose this one as it was adjustable and the description suggested it would be very sturdy. I was not disappointed.It arrived in a box with the legs unattached - this made finding space inside a loaded car much easier. The legs are simple to fit as they can only go on one way. The seat then sits on the bath and the legs adjusted until they fir snugly against the side of the bath. The suction pads go in place by flicking the lever on each leg. all that is left to do is flip down the two width adjusting levers (they are opened to give access to the legs from the top of the board). The board was rock solid and very comfortable. I left the board in place for the length of my stay then simply dismantled it and put it back in the plastic bag to transport home. I can see me using this whenever I travel.

Very simple to put together but the suction pads were a little stiff to lock in so I needed to put the board on its end on the floor and give them an extra nudge till they clicked.Bit disappointed that the handle on mine isn't the contrasting white/green as advertised but a solid green which isn't as nice.Am arthritic but found it easy to install. It did move after my shower and I was able to actually lift up the outer end so I'd recommend always checking the suction before each shower, when the bath is dry.Pleased overall and I felt safer sitting on this and swinging in rather than having to climb into the bath.

This bath seat is an absolute game changer. I have recently had surgery on my knee which has resulted in me being on crutches for 8 weeks. As someone who likes to shower everyday i needed something that was sturdy and strong to give me confidence when showering as i am unable to put any weight on my leg; i found this in this product. My husband sets it up for me and i can confidently shower using this seat. It has given me my independence back so thanks so much for your great product.

I had a metal one but after a little more than a year it started to rust and stain the shower curtain so I decided to purchase an all plastic one. My main concern was the weight it could hold because I am 21 stone. This seat said it can take upto 31 stone I can't vouch for that but it handles my weight with no problem. The suction rubbers work very well and you are able to release them and move the board further down the bath with no trouble. I didn't have a handle on my last one but on this it's been a godsend. Only time will tell like my last purchase if this holds up but so far I am very impressed. Well enough time has now passed and it's as good as new still performing 100% great purchase!

Really easy to install and remove as and when required. It doesn't slide around when sitting on it and although it may not be the most comfortable thing in the world to sit on, it does the job. it's also nice and lightweight making it easy to move, adjust and install/remove without making it feel cheap and flimsy.

I purchased this seat after my daughter broke her ankle. I read a lot of reviews for this type of seat and thankfully picked up on the width size. Someone commented on the different widths of baths which sent me upstairs with a tape measure. We have a glass shower door which meant a lot of the seats on sale would be too wide and could only be used with the door open. This is not something I could do due to the location of the toilet. This seat fits perfectly. It's strong, feels safe but removable for other family members use. My daughter has had her independence to shower etc with confidence. Would strongly recommend
