DESTEK Charging Dock for CP3 Battery Pack, Power 3 CP3 Battery Pack at The Same Time

TL;DR great product, even better customer service.I purchased two of these batteries and they work fine, just as they’re supposed to. One battery had a small piece come off just after the return window closed. I wrote an email to DESTEK on a Saturday night asking for a replacement. By Sunday morning I had an incredibly apologetic reply asking that I make a formal request through a company link which I did. Sunday evening I get a second email, apologizing for taking so long to get back to me (we’re talking just a couple hours on a *Sunday*) which advised they were overnighting a new battery to me. Monday rolls around, first I get an email saying I was now refunded for the purchase and then another email asking me if I received the new battery. I have literally NEVER received such INCREDIBLE customer service in my life. DESTEK customer service reps go above and beyond making their customers happy. I will absolutely look for opportunities to buy from this company again!

Works perfectly with my ps5vr2 controllers

I always wished the battery on the Oculus lasted a bit longer so I was happy to try out this extended battery power bank. It works fine but we seem to only get an additional hour of power from it - not 1.5 hours. But I'm glad to get the extra hour. My son is happy.

It is lightweight, you do not realize it is even there. It works instantly. No complaints.

Worked well for a few months then wouldn’t hold a great charge

Keeps falling out of Oculus when moving around…connector is loose. Works if not moving around but that is when you need it!

it's a good battery pack, does what it says it does.

It was a waste of money

Worked great was only used a handful of times and was stored properly(charged prior to storing) for about 3 months, recharged as it was dead and would not take a charge anymore. seemed a little pricey for the battery capacity but bought it for form factor first before capacity. Look around there may be other better options.

Hat genug power um die Quest zu laden während des Spielens. Ist mit usb c schnell geladen, so dass man theoretisch unendlich lange spielen kann.Edit: Von 5 auf 4 Sterne da er sehr heiß wird. Gibt einem ein unnangenehmes Gefühl.

Worked well at the beginning, then, couldn’t charge 20 days later. Tried many wires. One more piece of garbage in the landfill.
