Great to help you manage your ADHD
Great book. Medical and evidence based. Simple language. Packed with practical ideas to help people with ADHD manage their lives better. As an aside, one of the psychiatrist authors wrote one of my fave books - Crazy Busy. I’m a therapist and have recommended this book to several clients.

An interesting insight into ADHD. Very informative with lots of good tips and easy to read without being too scientific.

Great book on understanding ADHD
I’ve read a few books on ADHD since I was diagnosed. I would say this one is the most up to date and is really clear. The structure of the book makes it easy to dip in and out but also to read cover to cover (as I did). I have quoted some great moments from this in recent discussions with friends and my therapist. It’s been a useful resource in helping me to understand my ADHD better.

Great introduction to ADHD
Laid out clearly what some of the challenges of ADHD are, and its a great first step to understanding yourself or your loved ones more.

Fine
So far great! Seen mixed reviews from others saying women’s perspective is missing which is a massive shame, otherwise I think it’s good so far

Good read
Interesting read but put off by the regular reference to ‘Dr Halliwell’ doing x and y who is one of the authors
