Don't bother with the 32gb, get the 64
Great little laptop-- love that it's 1080p. Most comparable systems are 1368x768 which is just too low for nowadays in my opinion. The pen works well, the laptop itself is sleek, slim, and good looking. Battery is good. Well worth the price.I do have one gripe, which is that the 32gb version just doesn't have enough storage space. I had to return it and go for the 64gb version (which is quad-core as well). Windows 10 barely fits on 32gb as it is, and with the creator's update it pushed it just over the threshold (I was 1gb short with nothing else to delete--I even reformatted and deleted all programs and still had the same problem). Definitely get the 64gb version!

Updating Windows ten doesn't work making comp useless
I had high hopes but Windows 10 Update problem, as described by others, wasted more than a day of worktime for me. Don't do it until they fix this problem. Stupid they haven't yet, says loads about the company, customer service and so onSo I bought this because pc-mag gave stunning reviews. As other reviews indicate, when it arrives it doesn't have enough memory to update Windows 10. I spent 6 hours trying different fixes Windows and Acer proposed online and within the update process itself. It would go into the update mode and freeze and start all over -- sometimes giving me option to add external drive and reduce used memory on hard drive -- (no way to get low enough to do it on it own.) Those didn't work either and it would freeze up (and somehow when you'd delete an app to make more space, sometimes available space would go down! Assume that's a microsoft and not an acer problem) The update would freeze and download a new one, which would itself freeze and download again --- meaning that those update files sat somewhere on the computer hard to find taking up more precious memory the computer lackedTHOSE TRYING TO UPDATE WINDOWS 10 READ THIS so you don't waste hours of your time.None of these steps worked so i called Acer and went through endless wrong info from them. This problem exists on tens of thousands of this product but they act as if they've never heard of it. In end the guy sent email instructions for me to do on my own as if it was sure to work. The 'fix' requires a second pc!!!!! AND an external hard drive! (I got this laptop as backup to my Mac while it is getting repairs so i don't have an extra pc lying around.) You don't buy a pc that can only work if you just happen to have another pc and external harddrive just lying around. With the external memory not even microsd cards and usb flashdrives wouldn't work. It had to be an external harddriveHaven't tried the second pc and hard drive update option cuz don't have second pc. Note: Like many other companies with comparable computers and specs, this computer has 32 gbs memory. If you look through reviews of these other products, you will see none of the other laptops with 32 gbs report this problem. So this is a problem specific to acer, and the fact that they haven't fixed it or even created a workaround for customers, well it says something about the company.SECOND THING: CAN"T WIPE COMPUTER CLEAN OF PERSONAL DATA for same reason can't update windows 10!!! In preparing to return computer, there isn't enough memory to reset to defaults or wipe the hard drive! I spent more hours trying to do so -- you HAVE to enter personal details if you try to update windows as a microsoft user account. I opened email, set up wifi and password, used google drive. Turns out wiping this information without being able to restore to factory defaults is long and tedious. Lastly, there is no way to reset administrator log-in, because to do so you need to set up a new one with microsoft account! SO the old microsoft account information is replaced by the new microsoft account information!!! So I cannot wipe my name and email from computer. So another 6 hours wasted by a horrible product

Okay I guess
Some what good laptop touch screen works really well. Only downfall is the fact it has low memory which is an issue specially when your trying to upgrade ur windows. You will have a major problem and pain just to do that. I’m which still I haven’t been able to do. Also another issues would be how slow it can be at times.

Good Low-Powered Tablet/Laptop Hybrid. Recommend Paying a Little More for 64GB Storage Model
I picked this up during the Prime Day sale. I was looking for a low cost tablet/laptop hybrid. I had similar issues to some of the other reviewers with working around the limited space of the C drive. Windows Update was filling the C drive and failing repeatedly. I downloaded the current Windows version to a USB Stick using the Media Creation tool. I was able to use a USB drive to upgrade to Windows 10 Home version 1803(April 2018). This is exactly what I was looking for, a low-powered system that duo's as a Windows 10 tablet. The screen is really nice. It boots up sufficiently fast. I don't intend to multitask or do anything intense on this system. If I could do it over again, I would have purchased the 64GB model. I uninstalled all apps from the C drive so that it is dedicated to the operating system and will run apps from the micro SD card. I like the touch screen and keyboard.

Slick and Elegant
PROS:The slick design and functionality is amazing. Its processor and response is very quick to what am use to. The display plays a HD 1080 view and crystal clear quality, compared to other laptops I have experienced. The size is very handy and ultra thin with a light weight ratio and great battery endurance. My battery last on average in battery saver mode 10 hours and 25 minutes fully recharged. The feeling and elegant view creates a professional look and elite 2-1 laptop.CONS: Unfortunately there is no key board back light and the keypad mouse is a little sensitive. My overall evaluation is highly to recommend this product if you are looking for something for its money this would be the right way to go!

No memory as is with WIndows 10
Out of the box, the design of this machine is nice and lightweight, but in terms of memory, storage, and processing, it's a mess. We didn't add anything to it beyond what came from the factory (Windows 10 and associated apps), and that alone made the machine sluggish. When we tried to stream Netflix on here, it was about as choppy as it is on our 2009 MacBook. It felt like using a really old, full computer almost immediately. Don't waste your time with it. Also, once you set it up, if you want to wipe it before returning, Acer customer service will not be helpful. Alternately, Windows livechat was very helpful for this. Acer recommended I buy a USB stick and use a separate computer to wipe the machine because there wasn't enough memory (?). Windows found an alternate solution. We hoped to go affordable and efficient with the tablet/laptop hybrid route. But if the machine has hardly any storage or ram, it's not worth it at all. Probably due to all the garbage Windows 10 includes in its OS and recommended apps that aren't removable.

Great find and quick delivery.
Very nice laptop. Once it updates, you can utilize the many nice features. Camera isn't all that great, but the sound is okay. I would recommend it.
