The caffeine in these tablets made me really restless. I couldn't sit still. I took the tablets as directed but had to stop after about a week due to these side effects. No noticeable changes to skin, hair or nails in this time. Easy to swallow.

I didn't know if a vegan version of collagen would be as effective as collagen from animal sources. As a vegetarian I will probably never know. I can say this version works OK. It took a few weeks before I noticed any change, but there was a noticeable improvement in my complexion and a reduction in wrinkles. This is not a miracle cure, but way better than any prescription topical medication I have used.
