Excellent customer service
The first one arrived damaged. On contacted the seller I received a replacement in time for my event. The product was just what I had asked for.

Colour
The only thing that lets this product down is that the gold colour is dull, doesn't have the sheen. I ordered it because of the sturdiness but just a little disappointed with the colour.

After opening the package we found it was broken in 3 places, I had to glue it together as I didn't have time to send it back and purchase another

Its ok
The tip on one of the letters broke when taking it out of the packet. It worked out fine as the topper was being laid flat on the cake and I was able to put the broken piece close enough that the break wasn't visible.
