Item arrived with one cable missing. Contacted Amazon bot who gave me a refund. The cable that did arrive does the job it states. A pity about only one cable in the package.

Doesn’t work on first use. Phone was plugged in overnight for nearly 12 hours was on green as if it was charging. Went to bed on 30% woke up with 20%Same problem happened again. Please refund. I’m out of the country so cannot return but item is defected
