This product did not come with a remote control, and I was a bit hesitant to purchase them because they are sun powered but, to my surprise, they absorb enough sunlight during the day to last all night. I purchase white and blue ones and, so far, they work great.

I have bought many diffrent solar string lights and these are the best! Easy to work with and they last for years outside on my (now) large green spruce trees, I will continue to buy these as my trees grow and need more lights! Thanks for making a great product!!

I loved them through the holiday season so I decided to keep them up to light the hallway. Five months later and they stopped working. They’re only used a couple hours (if that) a day and for them to completely stop working is ridiculous.

We don’t want to be a buhumbug during the holidays, so we opted for solar lights. You do ‘need’ a lot to have a more fun effect. But knowing our bill during Christmas won’t be triple because of the lights is a major bonus. If you get enough sunlight, the lights can stay lit overnight! Be warned, each strand collects its own energy, so they will ‘turn off’ at all different times, but for us that’s usually in the middle of the night and ‘no one’ would know
