Black raisins, bananas, papaya, pineapple, and coconut? All dried and delicious, mixed together in a bag that satisfies my sweet tooth when I need it. Of course being pre-diabetic I still have to watch how much I consume because fruit is high in sugar, but the cravings that I have are not huge and usually only need just enough of a satisfaction hit that a small handful gets me underway and I am happy. There is a delicious blend of sweet and salty and they are fantastic on the go. When I need a little extra burst of energy, I just reach out and pull some out of the bag and move on as I much happily away. I eat them all over the place and as I travel consistently these are perfect and don’t require me to be holding some big bulky food item if I am driving.The perfect little bursts of energy these mixes provide for me as I go along helps me greatly during the day and I find myself eating less and less on the go junk food and the cravings are taken care of faster and lasts for so much longer. And let us face it, these are so much more delicious than half of the junk out there.
