This box uses thick wood as a base, so the actual area to use inside is much smaller than the box dimensions. The corners of the box did not fit together well, showed too much of the black box and made the inlay look sloppy. I understand they are 'hand-crafted', but the obvious edge imperfections and interior size prevented me from giving it as a gift, so I am stuck with something I don't need. Missed the return window.
