Crimper works well
Worked pretty well but did not come with a manual on how to change the plates but I eventually figured it out. The outside actually can be pushed up and off and then you will be able to change the plates. It worked well on hair but if you are using the crimper you do have to use some hair spray so that the crimps will be more visible. Other wise good so far.

It's a good thing it comes with the glove
Works as it should. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because it gets really hot that I can't even hold it with my bare hands. It's a good thing it comes with the glove. For those that stated the plates fell out is because you didn't put it in right. Mine fell out the first time but I figured it out that I installed it wrong. I'll give it a another try, it it's still to hot, I will return it.

Well worth my money spent!
I was a little scepticol BUT I ordered instead. By far, this crimper has exceeded my expectations. I purchased this for my daughter and it has become her favourite out of all of her hot irons & curling irons. The crimper is fast & very easy to use. Secret is to use smaller sections starting at the top working your way to the underneath hair. My daughter LOVES this. Happy kids makes for a happy mommy.

I have tried other flat irons that were expensive and still wasn't satisfied. this one is so awesome. I like it because it was inexpensive which makes it a plus. It is light weight and does not leave my hair smelling like it has been burned. I have found to get hair straight, to use a fine tooth comb. These flat irons are the BEST I have ever used!

Doesnt take very long to heat up, less then 5mins. Multiple heat settings
I defiantly recommend buying this product. I bought this for my 14yr old who has very thick hair and it works great not only on her hair but on my fine/thin hair as well. It has been a few weeks and so far everything works great! Will keep everyone posted in the future to see how long it lasts for:)

So far so good. Took me a bit to figure out how to change the plates then once I did they were easy to switch out. It seems to heat up well and works nicely. I am just wondering if the title could be changed to crimper/straightener instead of curling iron. It is definitely not a curling iron.

Poor quality even for the inexpensive price.
The product was clearly foreign made and packaged. There were spelling errors on the box. There were no instructions in the box. There were accessories in which the packaging was not in English. When I turned the iron on there was a ticking noise and I feared it was going to start on fire. The paint was chipping of the "ceramic" plates. Cheap. Not recommended. I will spend a few dollars more for a name brand crimper.

Easy of use - not good
Awful, the sliders do not stay on all the time, not very good when doing client hair and the fall off as they are very hot and I burnt myself in the process trying to catch it.

Not the best buy
Not that great heat wise, and it took forever to find out how to replace the different attachments.
