the dish set it so beautiful and looks so elevated in person! i also had a great experiences with the seller. unfortunately two of my bowls arrived broken, and when i asked for replacements that sent a whole box of the cereal bowls the next day! i love eating off this set and it is extremely dish washer safe. i will likely buy more since i decide on my final dining table

I got a 12 pieces set for about $60. The color is so appealing, giving my meal a gourmet look. I love it. Plus, material is strudy and microwave/ dishwasher safe. There was a small chip in one of the large plates and the customer service was amazing. I emailed pokini team and they got back to me within a day with not just a replacement plate but a set of 16. The replacement set has varies of pieces and may be from different sets. Either way, the free replacements given is a demonstration of amazing customer service. Highly recommend this company and would buy them again for any future dinnerware / cups. I would also recommend them to friends and family. Thanks, Pokini team!

First let me just say that this company earned a customer for life with me. So before I write a review let me tell you why. I bought this set for my fiancé for Christmas and we have absolutely loved them!! Well washing the dishes Sunday night 3/22/2026 I dropped one of our salad plates and chipped it, I reached out to customer service right when it happened. They got back to me within 30 minutes (this was at night time mind you way past business hours.) I sent them pictures of the broken plate, my address and a copy of my order well this was at 1am because I didn’t see their email at first. they responded back almost immediately telling me they would send me a replacement! Awesome!, well I expected just one dish to replace the broken one. They sent me a whole new set of 6 salad plates!! Not just one. Not just a set of 4 but a set of 6! Not to mention that today is Tuesday 3/24/2026 so they got them here within a day! Amazing customer service. Cannot recommend them enough!! now we have to buy more bowls and normal plates so we have an even number again lol. Now for the review: They look amazing, and they have good weight but not too heavy. They are very good quality, and seem to have pretty decent scratch resistance but we try not to cut anything on them just because we like them. The few times we’ve slipped up the “scratches” were just smudges and wiped right off.

I’m always hesitant to buy plates online. I usually like physically seeing them. However, I desperately needed a new set and couldn’t believe the price that stores are charging for sets. I came across these and 1st off, they are beautiful and secondly, I love the fact that they have a lip around the edge of the plates (both dinner and dessert plates-see photo). I’ve never come across plates that are designed like that. They are perfect for my messy eating family. They are able to keep the food actually on their plates. They are perfect for pasta or dinners with lots of gravy. They are nice and heavy and very well made. They came packed up nicely and they are exactly as described in the ad. I’m absolutely loving them. Price wise, compared to other sets, they are a great deal and ya, I would definitely recommend buying these. It’s very rare that everyone in our family is in agreement about something and we all like these new plates. So I’d say it’s a great buy.

We really like this Pokini dinnerware. We've been using it for just under 4 weeks now. We are seeing no scratches or issues developing. We ordered 4 boxes of the basic set (16 large plates, 16 smaller plates and 16 bowls). We weren't sure the bowls would suit all of our dining needs. Six days later we ordered two boxes of the pasta bowls (12 of these total). We are so pleased to have matching bowls of a different shape to provide choice (wider and shallower). We love the colors of the reactive glaze and overall look. Although all of the dishes arrived unbroken, we were not happy with the glaze on one of the large plates (we think a couple of tiny bubbles that caused the glaze not to adhere to the ceramic - thus tiny white unglazed spots). After sending photos, Pokini did send a new plate. We feel this dinnerware is priced fairly for its quality.
