Helps a bit with getting to sleep for me. A little warning though: magnesium I read can cause permanent problems if you take too much. I think it was something like no more than 200mg per day or some part of the brain can be affected. Please read up on this yourself before you take.

I like this make it agrees with me. Reasonable price would be better with free postage.
