Great product! Tough to peel the adhesives!
I used this product to accent a wall for my podcast studio. The foam squares are great! However, the 3M stickers are very difficult to peel and stick. These would be better if that had a perforated peel to make it easier and faster. Overall, a good buy.

Buy your own tape.
The tape or adhesion they give is NOT working as well as you would think, it does not stick to the foam itself after a while, and after time it falls off. On terms of the foam, it’s okay, no complaints but it doesn’t block as much sound compared to what my expectations were. Buy your own adhesive tape.

Our music room is complete!
I've got to admit-- I was a little hesitant to purchase this product because I saw where some people had given it a bad review because they said that either the tiles were inconsistent in thickness or that the 3M adhesive stickers provided with it were very difficult to separate. I needed a lot of these tiles (enough to cover a 7.5 ft x 14 ft wall), and I needed the quickest shipment and most economical product I could get my hands on. Let me say that IF YOU FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS, these tiles WILL "fluff up" to the full 1-inch thickness. The directions state that you need to open them and let them air out for a couple of days. We did this and they were perfect. Also, it did take a little while to figure out how to remove the backing from the sticky adhesive tabs, but there's a knack to that, too. All you have to do is place them on the foam as instructed (one in the center and four on each corder), and then you can bend the tile at the edge of a sticky pad, place your thumbnail against the tile firmly IN THE CENTER OF A SIDE OF THE STICKY TAB, and you can peel the backing right off from the center of the sticky tab with your other thumb. It took about 4 hours to do the entire wall, and that included the time to measure and cut the tiles, which cut easily with standard scissors. (I did have a window to work around, and that slowed me down) For about $118 and four hours of our time, we have a very impressive wall that makes our music room look like a cutting edge sound studio. Rock on! :-)

Not high density foam and not 3m adhesive backed, that is a bold face lie
The media could not be loaded. Not sure how these people are getting away with the misleading info not in just words but visual content like photo shop edited pictures. If this is what they consider high density foam and you really want high density foam check and see if they sell concrete pillows bc this is no way even close to high density foam. It’s very light and soft. The shape does bounce back after opening package so I guess they told the truth there but disregard anything else. The adhesive on the back unless they peeled the original 3m cover off and added their own to protect the adhesive and 3m adhesive had just gone downhill recently, IT IS NOT A 3M ADHESIVE and has the tackiness of a cheap electrical tape if you know what I mean.If you decide to buy and then decide to use once you see it’s not what what is described you need to also purchase a can of spray adhesive like the real 3m headliner adhesive from an auto parts store or right here on Amazon m if you want it to last longer than a couple weeks and not fall off what you want them stuck to like I will do.I bought this to stop the echos or hollow sound inside my deer blind and I’m hoping it works bc I have no choice as I don’t have the luxury of time ,season is ending soon so, if you are using for sound proofing it’s not what you want.Look for acoustic panels. Learn from my mistake. I wish I would’ve went with my gut and got the acoustic panels bc these are not, even though it says they are in description.Well I hope this helps someone.

These work great, do your research before buying to manage expectations
These were easy to attach and work great. I didn't have any of the expansion problems that other people were complaining about. However, I did allow them to expand for several days. They don't absorb as much sound as I initially expected but that was because these are only made to block certain frequencies, it was my lack of research that led to that problem so I can't fault them

Just ok
They are ok, very thin sponge.

Tamaño irregular
No es mal material, sin embargo los cortes en las orillas son irregulares, lo que hace que al ponerlos uno tras otro empiecen a verse desalineados.
