It’s 6/3/25 when we first had to use this after getting it in 3/24. Battery died in our garage. We have a 2nd car and thought about just doing it the old way, but we had gotten this when my son took this car to college so why not? We have it back as he lives in downtown in a big city now where no one has cars (quite the adjustment!).We check on the charge occasionally so pulled it out, a minute to hook it up and such a fast start! Clean, easy! Super happy with it! Also, charge didn’t even look diminished. My husband pushed the power button and it still said 100%In 3/24, I got this for about $80 on sale. So worth the price! We are going to trade in both cars and go to one new one so these are very handy to have! Obviously my son had this car for 2.5yrs and we lived! We rarely drive it, which might be bad for the battery so we’ll pull it out more!

Haven't needed it yet but if looks count for anything, this'll work! It's a much bigger jumper than my last one. But this seems to be a bit beefier and I think packs more of a punch. Hopefully won't need it but I'll be happy that I do should the need arise.

This piece of equipment is great you can jump cars multiple times it doesn't lose power you can also charge your phones if your lights go out and don't have any Electric great tool it's very doable great quality and easy to operate I highly recommend it

This is one of those safety items that every car should have. Car batteries work great till they don't, and you're stuck out on the road someplace in the dark or the rain. Don't take that chance! So far I haven't had to use this charger but am confident it will power up my truck.This arrived as promised. The packaging was compact and tight - nothing was bouncing around in the box. Inside the box is the zipable package with all the parts, and it's small enough to tuck into a corner, or even under some seats. Inside the package the charger unit is on one side and a soft flap keeps it in place. The other side has a mesh protector, holding back the cables, lighter charger, and USB-C cord. Instructions are included, and in a plastic holder to keep it dry, if necessary.The unit feels solid, with nothing rattling or shaky. It had 67% charge when received, and is currently charging - now at 72%. The charging percentage indicates flashes to show it is charging. The cables are short, but sufficient to reach both terminals of a battery. They are solid, with strong clamping power.All-in-all I'd say this is worth the price, and is a valuable safety device for travelers and commuters.

Purchased my 4000A jump starter about 2 years ago. I used it a few times and it worked great. Recently had to use it and found that it would not work. I threw on the charger and it would not take a charge. I contacted NEXPOW and described my issue. They asked for some information on the unit and promptly replaced the 2 YEAR OLD unit. I can't say enough about their responsiveness and attention to making sure I was satisfied. GREAT COMPANY ---GREAT PRODUCT.

I purchased 2 of these in December 2024, one for each of our cars. I plugged each 4000A power block into a wall charger until all 4 indicator lights lit up (2 were lit when first plugged in). I stored them for 6 months in respective cars and took them out last week to check their levels of charge. Power block #1 was still "full" (all 4 lights lit up) but power block #2 appeared to have died: no lights came on nor would it indicate any level of charge or show any response when connected to the same charger and cable that worked for power block #1. Over the next couple of days I emailed NEXPOW with the problem and corresponded with with Miley and Maggie in Customer Service. I was asked to send a brief video along with my explanation of the problem. Two days later I received a brand new complete package (power block #3 and cables in their pouch) from Amazon, courtesy of NEXPOW. It charged fine and #1 and #3 are back in their storage pouches in the cars.Although I cannot say how well these work for starting a vehicle with a dead battery, these are the units recommended to me by a retired electrician who has used theirs to assist others in getting back on the road. Nevertheless, I can attest to the terrific customer support from NEXPOW. Thank you Maggie and Miley.
