I have used almost every brand of gym chalk out there. Blocks as well as liquid. Most liquid chalk I have used ends up clogging up in the bottle and doesn’t squeeze out anymore. Not this chalk. I have been using it since June and have had no issues. With just a little bit I am ready to go for any barbell movement I’d need chalk for. It cleans up easily and stays on the hand even after continued use throughout a workout. Will definitely purchase again once this bottle runs out.

This stuff works great and provides more uses than you would think. I probably got at least 60 lifts out of the small bottle.

My son attends a ninja warrior obstacle course after school and they have a dry chalk for the kids but it was messy and he needed to reapply very often. This liquid chalk is way better than the dry one. It is mess-free and last longer. It protects my son’s hand from blisters and now he has more grip in the monkey bars. The best part is that a small amount goes a long way.

Great to strap to your gym bag, dries quickly, and overall good product for calisthenics training. Chalk is easy to clean off your hands and it is a portable bottle. 4 stars cause I need to reapply often

My daughter uses this for gymnastics. It works very well and helps her keep her grip.

I don’t frequently write reviews but I have to say I have loved this stuff. I’ve only used it a few times so far but it is great. I love that it can help grip without the chalk mess—really huge as some of my workouts are at a more ‘classic’ gym. I can usually get two sets before I feel like I need to reapply (I’m also using minimal to decrease the residue out of respect for the gym). Only residue remaining is where I touch (mostly just the bar) and it wipes up easily using the gym’s disinfectant wipes. Overall, very satisfied so if you are in a similar position I recommend giving it a try!

Much prefer this over regular chalk. Easy to apply/transport. Less mess.
