Good part - Cleans really wellWhere I had issue was the length of the rope. I wanted longer rope as my verandah glass is taller than usual. Now will do some jugaad to get the appropriate rope length.

When bringing the magnets together, there is too much of force, the glass can crack...cannot even keep a thin cloth to avoid this...the pieces detach...Did not serve purpose at all

Item not work as expected. Moreover very very stressful to use this. And item is also not returnable. When Talked to their person over phone he says wait executive will talk, but phone was on hold for more than 5 minutes and no body camebon the line do i disconnected. But disappointed with this item.
