From scrawny to ripped in just one use!
These are magical ropes and not like any others I have used...Well not really, they are just like others I have used except they were an awesome deal (used- but looked new) and are holding up fine. A bit of fraying but mine are used outside so that's what I expected. I did put some goon tape on the handles. I have been trying various different exercises and the workout has been great.

I hate cardio. But these are great to do. Its easy to use and easy to adapt. Just bring your energy and you can do alot of exercise that you can burn calories.

Great battle rope. Perfect length and thickness. (Mind out of the gutter!). Perfect weight. Use frequently, no fraying or loosening of the rope.
