This heating pad was just what I needed for my aching back! I've recently developed more pain in my lower back from arthritis. The pad is made to fit the lower back perfectly since it's soft and pliable. I love that it has an adjustable belt that will keep it in place on your back without having to lie down on your stomach to get it to stay in place. It has temperature settings from 1-9 and has a timer for an automatic shut off for safety. Can't find any cons for this heating pad, only pros!

Piece of crap I’m sad to say. Even the second one ordered will not hold a temperature. Goes right too high burns your back then you gotta turn it off. Terrible manufacturer errors in this product.DO NOT BUY

This pad is easy to wear and relieves back pain when needed. Works better than creams, medication, and smaller disposable heat pads. The low heat setting is enough to relieve the pain.

Everything about the Heating Pad is what I needed. I have L4 and L5 issues. A regular heating pad would roll down or I would have to hold it on my hip. This heating pad fits me perfect. 5’4” 130- it come around my hip.Dislike- control doesn’t light up to tell you it’s on. It does have great timer! Keeper

I bought this heating pad primarily for my bride. I am used to seeing the "old" heating pad bunched up, and basically ineffective after minimal use. The heating pad heats very quickly on the lowest setting. The strap is very useful but may actually be too hot for some. I am very impressed with this product and recommend it highly.

This heating pad is awesome. I love the timer on it You can set it for a few hours & it will auto shut itself off. I am going to order another one for a friend.

You can get between too hot and too cool more easily. Dial in "just right."More timer choices. More is better.Plastic clip on belt far superior to most velcro types. Those wear out easily or don't hold well to begin with or only work well with smaller waists.Larger heating area than most back/belt types.The controller layout makes more sense and is therefore easier to control.And as with others of this type, the power cord detaches easily so you can keep it on while getting up for something.Very good value and function.UPDATE: This pad temperature fluctuates. When I set the level it gets hot like it should but within 10 minutes it cools off about half way. If I hit the button again it gets hot (and yes, it is already on, etc). Returning....
