I’ve had others that give me the same pump with less caffeine and terrible ingredients. The high caffeine content is bad for the rest of the day and even in my very early morning workout. Causes me to feel lethargic. Not this brands fault but lower caffeine level products need to become normalized cause it causes tiredness over time

Honest review: I was hyped by this product. After reading countless reviews I was so eager to try this. So I ordered the mango/orange thing. Arrived quickly. Mixed a full scoop in water. One shot it. Tastes awesome. Not gritty. Then I've waited.5 minutes... Nothing15 minutes... Nothing30 minutes... Nada.Nothing happened. No tingling, no itch, nothing. I felt like someone who just drank 8 oz of water. I was disappointed. Very.So I went back to reviews and then I saw this: "do not use a leveled full scoop. Use a heaped full scoop." So I tried it. And it hit me. Hard. Within 15 minutes my face was tingling. After 20 minutes my head was numb. After 30 minutes my body was on fire. This thing is liquid energy. 20 minutes after my workout session, im sitting here, writing this review, hoping for the effect to wear off because I feel like going back in while knowing I probably should not.Try it.

Today was the first time I tried it. The flavour was spot on with the blue, white, red freeze description. The energy from this was amazing. Along with the energy and pump this is by far my favourite preworkout. I would definitely not recommend this to a beginner or someone has never taken a high stimulant pwo. This product dos not compare to the six star pro I used to take. I stack this product with magnum protein and glutamine from pvl labs.
