The chair is already assembled flip the support stand and plug it in. It is small it fit me well I am 140lbs It does not take up much space at all. Stylish in appearance. Extra seat pad and comfortable neck support. The massage is felt and you are able to adjust for deep or mild. I have never had a butt massage like this!! It covers the entire back and special for waist. There is rolling, kneading knocking and extremely quiet. It does lead you to sleep especially if you've had a hard day. After all the perfection of this cute lil chair it was not for me. I needed my legs and arms to also be closed in getting massage. Also you have to flip the support stand back for zero gravity. Now this second part of the review is most important: Customer Service is the best I've ever experienced. There was a problem that came up in returning the chair. Words cannot express how customer service went totally beyond what should have been done. I cannot explain the whole story as there is not enough room but it put tears to my eyes how customer service took care of their customer. I would recommend the chair to anyone who is looking for a good massage and not needing the extra security of enclosure of legs and arms like myself. In seeking a comfortable massage that puts you to sleep you will not be disappointed if needing the assurance of good attentive customer service you have a great package deal.

When doing my research, I tried to find a store where I might try it before purchasing to see if I liked it. Unfortunately, this chair is the very basic model and no one stocked it so that was not doable. For the price, the product is decent but there are a few issues to be aware of. I had one of the original Panasonic massage chairs for 20+ years and loved it. Unfortunately, it did finally wear out. This unit is small but I fit comfortably in it at 5'6" 155 lbs. Don't know that anyone larger would find it comfortable. I did like that it has a small footprint in the house and the rolling and massage functions are decent. Not great but decent. Issues I have with it are: it does not reach high enough to do my shoulders (even when I try to slouch down in the seat. The buttock massage is kind of weird, there are some areas that feel good, others that are bordering on intrusive. Because you cannot control the width of the roller function, it will hit some spots that range from uncomfortable to painful. When in massage mode, it will massage across the shoulder blade area which is painful. I do like the ability to manually place it on specific spots and the massage mode feels good when doing so. The preprogramed modes are a little off with too much time spend on the buttock area and you learn when a painful spot is coming and adjust your body to it. Unfortunately if you do not like it, the cost to return is fairly prohibitive so I am going to use it as best I can. In hindsight, I probably would not buy it again but will make the best of it.

I cannot stress enough how much this chair has been a life saver for my wife who has the rare spine arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis. This chair can massage from the top of your neck to the back of your quads in your legs depending on your size. Anyone under 5’10” would fit well in the chair. They chair has a full body mode with the option for heat or you can use the up and down arrows and target specific parts of your body that need attention. It also very compact and stylish as we put the chair in our office. This chair can be fit into any area easily buy one person and it sets up within minutes right out of the box. While we bought the chair for my wife, I find myself using the chair while working on my laptop or after a strenuous workout. The only con would be for anyone that is taller than 5’10”. You would have to maneuver yourself on the chair as your upper back would be too tall for the setup. Overall a great product and I would definitely buy it again.

We bought this massage chair because it takes a small footprint compared to most massage chairs which are enormous. Though small, this chair really delivers a really good massage. The controls are simple and straight forward. You can do shiatsu, roller and tapping. All are good. It has a heat function which I don’t use. It has a compressed air function which operates around your hips. It is okay. I wish it would compress both sides evenly at the same time. Instead it does one side and then the other. I don’t use it because I don’t like to twist my back. But most people with less sensitive backs will probably like it. Overall I highly recommend this massage chair.I have back issues that wake me up in the middle of the night because my muscles cramp up. I get up and get a 20 minute massage, and am able to get back to sleep. It is a god-send. This chair replaced my old Brookstone React massage chair which I think may have been made by the same folks...as it looks quite similar.The one thing I wish they would change in the chair, is the ability to turn the light off. The good thing is that the light is dim, so it probably won't wake anyone up. But it would be nice to turn it off anyway.

This is a supreme massage chair! Extremely pleased with the quality and comfort of this chair. I didn't know what to expect as the only reference I had to the chair was here on Amazon. First of all, it arrived well packaged and in a box that was easy enough to separate from the chair. The chair comes pretty much fully assembled, within 5 minutes we had it plugged in and ready to go. Pleasantly surprised with the quality of the form and function of the chair! I love the "pod" design, nice and sleek and not big and bulky, fit into the corner nicely without a big "footprint". And the massage is terrific. Was a gift to our daughter. Now ordering another one for my wife...!

Please do NOT purchase this. It’s not the best chair at all. My heat doesn’t work and I just purchased it. I decided to return after having for a few hours and packed it up to return and they told my husband it would be like $485 to return this thing back to California from Georgia. I am disappointed and refuse to keep something because to return it is half the price of the chair. I need answers and I want CirC to get this chair back!
