Assembly was pretty easy and the rower mostly works great! Major issue for me - the display panel battery compartment was missing the necessary spring needed for the battery to make contact. I assembled the rower on a Friday, discovered the missing spring and messaged the supplier that same day, then messaged them again on the following Monday, and again today. I'm writing this on a Tuesday and have not received so much as a reply. If you get a fully functional rower, I bet this is a pretty great rower, but if you're unluckly enough to get a faulty version, you likely want to just return it immediatley rather than wait for a response from the supplier.

Unfortunately the display does not work correctly. There is no first number, second number is hard to read and there is no indicator light showing what is being displayed (distance, calories, etc). Unfortunately I didn’t realize the problem till I had thrown the box away. I was hoping they could send a replacement display but they offered a $20 credit or full refund if I return it. $20 doesn’t seem like enough to keep a defective machine but the hassle of disassembling and finding a box big enough to box it up and send it back also isn’t worth it. It’s a great rower for the price so hopefully not too many of them with this issue.

The machine is sturdy, assembly was easy, and it was quiet until the bearings began to fail after just 3 weeks of using the machine 30 - 45 minutes per day. It began making a lot of noise under the seat and started to develop resistance. Upon inspection, I noticed the rollers were loose and some of the little balls had fallen out of the bearings. Luckily, they used a standard sized bearing, also used on skateboards, so I was able to replace all of the bearings quiet easily with higher quality ones. Something brand new should last MUCH longer than 3 weeks.

My sister has the same and hers works 100% and she loves hers so I ordered one. Mine arrived with a bent piece so I coudn't attach the back legs. I contacted the company and they sent me a new leg piece. Then once put together so I could actually use it, I started rowing and the computer part that keeps track of the counter and time doesn't work. Turns on but doesn't track, contacted again they sent a new part for that but after replacing it still doesn't track. Must be a part in the inner part of the machine. Asside from replacing the whole machine it doesn't work as it should. Dissapointing for what I paid for it but at least I can row. Just doesn't track time or count of rows. Good in theory, I must have just gotten a bad machine in whole.

Very disappointed. This feels like a classic bait-and-switch situation. Advertised listing shows a larger, more robust machine with a 44-inch slide rail, but the one I received has slide rail only about 38 inches. The entire unit is much smaller than expected—maybe 3/4 scale. Note when stood upright against the wall, it’s only 58 inches tall, which is surprising when some slide rails alone are advertised at 50 inches. The slide rail alone is also far slimmer than pictured (around 3.25 inches wide), not the thicker, 5” sturdier width as shown in the photos. Color is way off too. The listing shows a textured deep gray, but in reality it’s shiny deep black. To be fair, this was my experience, and I suspect this company may be selling multiple versions of this product. I appear to have received the cheapest version. I included a video showing the machine on a 4-ft table to highlight the size difference, along with a screenshot of the advertised specs. Also to be fair, the seller was polite and did offer a 50% refund, which I appreciate. But this toy is not usable - the product simply does not match what’s advertised. Buyers should be aware.

This is not for tall or power users, so the title is misleading. I'm 6'2 and not a power athlete, but there is almost no resistance even on the highest setting and at 6'2 there is still not proper rowing motion. The stop is too close to the flywheel so you can't lean/be forward to start the motion and thus there is very little movement rowing back. This is poor value for even a hobby non-rower just looking for a full-body workout.

This thing is tiny, uncomfortable for people over 6ft and the readings seem inaccurate. Looking at the picture of it on Amazon actually makes me laugh. Look at that dude! He's 3.5 feet tall!!!! So tired of deception and Amazon. This is a rowing machine for ants. It's not strong enough for a full size man. I might as well do jumping-jacks, probably more effective.

This rower is very inadequate, absolutely no resistance or very little. I really don't recommend this particular piece of equipment. You will definitely not get a work out. The equipment is actually smaller than it looks in the advertisement.
