A week ago I tried the parafin wax bath. That took over ten pounds of wax to cover my wrist. The glove supplied to go over the wax was too thin to help the area warm for longer time period.This gel band works great. Heats up Hot - too hot if you heat it for 40 seconds. Try it for 20 seconds. You can put it in the freezer to cool it too. I am confident that it will work for you to. One thing is that the medium size felt tight.

If I could give this 10 stars I would. My only disappointment was it took 4 days to get to me by my own fault. Package came nicely boxed, when opened I was happily surprised with the quality of the product. I did not heat or cool it because I wanted to try it on. Because I am in a cold climate it was already cold. I felt instant relief. I purchased a medium and it was the perfect size, the wrist band is a little large but was easy to put on although I really didn't need it. I couldn't be more happy with my purchase and plan to buy a few more to put in my 1st aid kit and camper. ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ there is my 10 stars

I am a big fan of this!For those saying it doesn't last long... that's true BUT you're only supposed to do heat and ice for 10-20 minutes anyway! Google it! I would say it stays hot and cold for that time for the most part. 20 is probably stretching it, especially for the heat.It is super comfortable with the gel and material. I can still type and be on my phone with it on. It's a decent compression feeling even if the heat/cold is gone.It gets cold enough in the freezer pretty quickly. Definitely enough time for the hour break in between sessions that you should take.The only complaints are: *the thumb part gets REALLY hot. Hotter than the rest. So I can't really put my thumb in it at the start. (Which that area is what needs it the most, but it still gets it fairly well.) and *I wish it went down further to get more of my wrist, which is what also hurt during this stint of arthritis.Definitely say to give this a try! It looks much more comfortable than the other options, and I'm so glad I tried it!

Got immediate relief after first Cold and heat cycle. Comfortable to wear when using proper fit. I would recommend anyone with wrist / hand pain to get one today!

It’sa nice fit but only stays cold for about 12 minutes

Great support while giving relief for pain and still able to work. The velcro strap holds in place well. Great product for the price.

I am SHOCKED how nice this is!! The ENTIRE sleeve is a cold pack and it's soooo comfortable. It's in the freezer right now getting ready to save my hand from sure destruction. I have carpal tunnel in both hands, which flared up terribly when my son was born. It's been 19 years with no pain until I started painting last week. My thumb muscle was so sore and would not get better! I couldn't even hold my phone!With a little research, I discovered that my pain in my thumb muscle is from my carpal tunnel syndrome! I did not know that the two were related.After several days wearing this wonderfully comfortable ice wrap, my hand is almost completely healed! Then, while pouring cream of wheat in a bowl, I burned my pinky at the base. Ouch!! I immediately grabbed my ice wrap and put the opposing thumb on my pinky! It saved that burn! No blisters!IDK... Do you think I love this ice wrap? Yep... You will, too. Just get it!
