It was exactly what I needed.We were constantly trying to navigate an over full fridge. Couldn’t buy anything in bulk, to try and save due to lack of space. This gives me much more room and I feel way more organized. It’s the perfect size. Not to big and not the really small one. The quality is good . So easy to set up. Just plug it in, and it gets cold right away. I had bought a huge order at Costco the other day, and even after breaking down all the meat and vacuum packaging it, I still didn’t have enough room.So I finally got this freezer.I am sooooo happy I did!! It fits right on the landing of my front door area. It’s perfect right there. It makes me so happy. It has 2 baskets on top, but I only use one. I took the other one out. I keep ice cream bars and palletas in the basket. (Which is perfect). I use to buy ice cream bars and have to take them out of the box because there was no room for the box, (same w pizzas) & then the individual ice cream bars always got messed up and smashed. Not anymore! Now they have their own slot and stay nice and fresh!I make raw Dog food also. Sooo this also keeps my doggies food nice and organized and in its own area, instead of trying to find room in our main fridge. I think it’s a great value and will pay for itself. Works fantastic so far! I would recommend for a growing family,It’s energy Star also! Only uses a small amount of energy per year. So it definitely helps, and I only wish I had bought it sooner!! Like 16 years ago when I had babies and breast milk to freeze. This would have been awesome.

Never wanted asleep freezer because why would I need it. But I have 2 children now and live in apartment our freezer was overfull all the time and barely stayed closed. I ordered this so that we had the extra freezer space and it's not huge so we aren't keeping too much stuff unnecessarily but it's bigg enough for our over flow and things we aren't going to cook immediately. It's also has two nice baskets at the took for smaller olatuff or stuff you will want to just grab. It on my patio and it's not noticable unless you are on the patio. It's quiet so I never hear it running but it gets supper cold so no need to turn it all the way up. It's also pretty lightweight I easily moved it by myself. It's worth the cost.

I don't know who wrapped this thing in enough shrink-wrap to protect it from earthquakes, but whoever did it didn't wait until its construction was complete. All the trim work, panels, knobs, etc., would need to be removed to get all the wrap off. I couldn't manage to get it all of because it's under every hinge and grommet on the thing. I had to cut it off with a razor from around all the trim and parts. Completely ruined it in my opinion. It's also kind of loud. For the price, I'd suggest a different company. Not at all happy with it but it works at least.UPDATE: I was refunded a significant portion of the cost and in light of their customer service I have adjusted the stras from 3 to 4. I was assured that my input would be used to improve the quality in the future. The freezer is still working and all is well with its performance. Hopefully, the issues with the product will be corrected in the future and the protective wrap will be installed last, or more precisely, in order to prevent needing so much effort to remove it. Adding feet to this model would also be very helpful. As the balancing of the freezer isn't possible without adjustable feet. If future models address these concerns, it would surely be a 5 star freezer.

I needed a freezer for my food delivery that came unexpectedly and this came within a few days. It has two sturdy baskets that sit on top. It has a shelf that allows you to stack items that might get lost. At the bottom is a plug for draining when defrosting every three months or so. The drain plug is in front along with the indicator light showing it is chilling. The black cabinet is easy to clean and has a hinged lid with two finger holders for opening. I have a very small kitchen dinette area so the size is just right. Most of all, this freezer is oh so quiet! It cooled down quickly in just a few hours and I only adjusted the temperature up one notch from four to five. I haven’t seen any frost yet so that’s a plus! So happy so far! At only 44 pounds I can easily slide it around for cleaning, which is an enormous help to me. I am working on finding an affordable solar battery to use with this when power to the house shuts off in a hurricane. This freezer should stay colder than my other one in my fridge.

Have liked everything about it. Perfect size for an apartment, functions great for the value of the price. Very easy to use. Would recommend it.
