Incredibly fluffy and soft, I honestly didn't expect it to be so soft since I was ordering off Amazon. The quality is good, as it does lock in coolness and prevents my head from getting hot at night. I haven't used it enough to comment if it keeps it's shape, but so far it is holding up well. Will definitely be reordering when I need a new pillow.

Great purchase wish they had a firm pillow. But this is a great purchase. The delivery wasn't long and the unboxing is cool! Also the pillows feels just like the comforter sets. Will continue to repurchase.

These are medium firm, white colored pillows that I do find to be cooling paired with a satin pillow case. No weird smell, stays firm and doesn’t sink in, I have not tried to wash but rather spot clean as needed.

These are not the type of pillows that are flat at all. They are firm. Some pillows you can fold in half these you can't . I'm a side sleeper. I needed them for extra pillows.

They are soft but appear to be lacking filling in the corners of 3 out of 4 pillows. They didn't fluff up anything like the photos show. They are a little firm but very light weight. I would not buy them again nor recommend them.

These pillows are super comfortable and love the fact that I can shape them to fit my way of sleeping without loosing comfortability. 5 🌟 well deserved, highly recommend them.
