Works well to connect my docking station to my laptop.

The product seems to work well for most power and data transfers however I could not get it to work with my samsung device to thunderbolt monitors that require the power and data over thunderbolt cables. I used different cables and monitors to be sure. When using the cable alone, the monitors recieve power and the video signal, but using these adapters the monitors would not power on more than a second before they cycled off and on again.

Worked great with my xps and docking station. I am hybrid and switch between three locations, each with the L on the docking cable. I can quickly connect and disconnect at each site. My previous L connector would not pass video to the dock for multiple monitors, this one does. Get it. Highly recommend

These adapters have very strong magnets. I had an issue taking pictures of them separated because on a tile floor they would attract to each other from 2 inches apart. 3 inches apart if I rotate one piece the other one rotates... Crazy. Anyway, these came with a short lanyard. Not sure why. Does not appear any way to connect it to either piece. Maybe it was a mistake inclusion.I'm using these with an LG laptop and ipad. No issues with charging rate. The part that inserts into the laptop snaps in securely. The magnets make a good connection and it will break away if pulled on hard like when someone trips on your charge cable. The status light lets you know you are connected and charging.I found that these were compatible with another set I have that are made by AreMe. There is no standard apparently for the magnetic connection and it can be annoying to try to expand the number of devices you connect to only to find that the brand connector is no longer available and the other brand you purchased does not work with the connectors you already have. Some have different gender, shape or magnetic polarization. The TiMOVO connectors work with the AreMe connectors at the magnetic connection even though they are obviously a different design. They just appear to have used the same magnetic connector and they are interchangeable for my purpose.I have a few sets of magnetic USB C connectors. They are convenient, help to reduce wear and stress on your USB c port and will break away before damage occurs if someone trips over your charge cable. They are not all compatible which is a little annoying. You buy one brand and then need more only to find they are no longer available. Compatibility includes the shape of the USB C magnetic head, gender of the magnetic connection and polarity of the magnets. I found these AreMe adapters are compatible with another set I have from TiMOVO. They are interchangeable at the magnetic connection.I like these adapters. They convert a straight cable into a 90 which breaks away for convenience and protection of the port and device.

Weak magnet that rarely aligns properly and no idea what they were thinking with this black string to remove the adapter. I would try a different brand.

Perfect for charging with cables and not worrying about them breaking due to the angle forces that get put on them! Magnetic and easy to install!

I am using this with my HP Envy x360 2 in 1 laptop and it has performed flawlessly so far. The plug that stays in the laptop is low profile enough to not interfere with putting this into my laptop case or backpack and also doesn't interfere with the USB C port adjacent to where this is plugged into. I keep the other end mated to a 6 foot C to C cable with wattage readout on the adapter end so I can monitor my laptops power input. Charging up to the 65 watt max that my laptop accepts has been no issues at all. I haven't run any speed tests with this adapter, but I am sure since it's wired straight through with sufficient gauge conductors that there won't be any issues with transfer speeds.Overall I am very happy with the safety/functionality these magnetic adapters have afforded me. It's nice to know that an accidental bump or wrong movement with the laptop while plugged in won't result in the device either being launched across the room or crashing to the floor. Highly recommended.

I will be buying more:**Section 1:**This product is pretty amazing and is an essential product, considering I have all my devices protected from previous magnetic chargers that don't support video. With today's smartphones supporting video output in desktop mode, all my devices are now shielded. No more wear and tear on the USB port, which, in my personal opinion, is deliberately designed to fail over time due to the wafer in between. This product works 300%, and you won't have to worry about wear and tear anymore. It instantly works with no flicker, no delay, nothing. I assume it should also work with other products like VR headsets.**Section 2:**if you didn't know why magnetic cables are important, it's all about preventing accidents. No more tripping on wires and sending your valuable devices crashing to the floor and shattering. Considering most of us are paying an arm and a leg, and in some cases even a kidney or two, for cell phones and other gadgets these days, anything and everything we can do to protect them is indeed better.**Section 3:**Bonus: I even tried the most daring experiment I could think of, although I don't recommend it. I used a double-sided USB magnetic Thunderbolt, aka magnetic video adapter, on both ends, along with the USBC products dock & phone. Surprisingly, it worked and didn't damage my phone. If you really wanted to go all out, you could have a universal cable with magnets on both ends for charging, video transfer, and more. However, be cautious, as it could be potentially dangerous. I did experience a bit of flicker, but it was worth the bonus experiment! 😄

The media could not be loaded.  Ho già provato in passato questo tipo di connettore angolare con aggancio magnetico e siccome mi sono trovato molto bene ho voluto provare anche questi della marca TiMOVO.Si presentano molto bene e nella confezione troviamo 2 pezzi identici con connettore ad L in cui la parte del maschio è magnetica e può essere rimossa per essere connessa al dispositivo a cui vogliamo connettere altri accessori.La parte esterna è tutta in metallo e a livello di design mi sono piaciuti molto perchè hanno un aspetto molto elegante, il connettore poi è dorato perchè dovrebbe essere placcato in oro per garantire una migliore trasmissione dei dati o della ricarica.Li ho utilizzati principalmente con il mio macbook air ed ho lasciato sempre inseriti i 2 connettori usb C magnetici alle 2 porte ed ho poi connesso all’adattatore ad L tutto ciò che mi serviva poi connettere al mac.La caratteristica che sicuramente più mi piace di questi adattatori è la forma ad L che mi fa risparmiare un sacco di spazio sulla scrivania, posso connettere il monitor, l’alimentazione o ssd esterni senza problemi e senza avere cavi che vanno in giro sul tavolo perchè con questa forma è molto più comodo secondo me gestire il tutto.Altra cosa molto positiva e che ora non riesco più a farne a meno è l’aggancio magnetico, i pin si connettono molto bene ed il magnete è forte abbastanza per rimanere connesso e ben saldo, ma se per caso il filo viene tirato inavvertitamente si stacca magneticamente senza però portarsi dietro il pc salvandolo dagli urti accidentali al cavo.Questa caratteristica di avere l’aggancio magnetico mi ha veramente svoltato il modo di lavorare al pc perchè è veramente molto comoda come connessione: io inserisco nell’adattatore ad L il cavo dell’accessorio che voglio collegare al mac e poi in un attimo lo connetto alla parte magnetica che è collegata al mac e senza neanche guarda lui si connette e posso iniziare subito a lavorare.Altra cosa molto positiva sono le prestazioni di questi 2 adattatori:- ho connesso al mac un monitor 4K con la presa Usb C ed il segnale arriva senza problemi e senza nessun tipo di ritardo o di lag ed anche in sessioni prolungate non ho mai avuto un problema.- Ho connesso il mac sempre tramite l’adattatore angolare alla presa di corrente tramite l’usb C ed anche in questo caso il mac è andato in ricarica alla massimo potenza disponibile data dal caricatore a muro- Infine ho connesso sempre tramite usb C angolare vari SSD esterni sempre al macbook air e le prestazioni di lettura e scrittura sono sempre state in linea con la velocità nominale dell’ssd pertanto i dati vengono trasmessi ad un’ottima velocità.Per finire un’altra cosa che mi ha lasciato positivamente sorpreso è il fatto che questi adattatori possono funzionare anche con connettori magnetici di altre marche che hanno gli stessi pin e agganci, pertanto non devo cambiare ogni volta il connettore usb C ma posso sfruttare sempre quello e questo secondo me è un ottimo plus.Il prezzo secondo me è ottimo perchè questi adattatori sono di ottima fattura funzionano molto bene e le prestazioni sono elevate, in più una volta provato il connettore magnetico difficilmente si tornerà indietro perchè è veramente comodo.Consigliati.

Ces deux adaptateurs coudés USB-C sont de bonne facture.L'embout à insérer dans le téléphone ou l'ordinateur tiens très bien. Je n'ai pas eu de déconnexions sur mon téléphone en voiture sur 400+ km en campagne avec les ralentisseurs et autres trous dans la chaussée.Sur mon Surface équipé de deux ports USB-C Thunderbolt 4, je l'ai positionné sur le port le plus proche du clavier pour laisser l'embout en place.La forme plate (coudée 90°) conviens très bien à mon utilisation, la connexion est maintenant verticale. Je n'ai plus de tension sur le connecteur USB-C.Je l'utilise pour pouvoir connecter mon HUB plus rapidement et éviter ainsi l'usure des connections du port.Le transfert de données, la charge rapide (65W), la vidéo HDMI 4K@30Hz n'ont souffert d'aucune forme de baisse ou déconnexion.Ses caractéristiques :▶ Charge : PD 140W▶ Débits de données : 40Gbps▶ Vidéo : 8K@60HzPour un peu moins de 28€, c'est un bon prix.Avec leurs qualités et performances, je recommande vivement ces adaptateurs.

These come with a little tie for some reason, not sure why.The magnetic connectors are very good quality. I'm using them with a laptop and docking station hub to make swapping out super quick and convenient.I've not been able to test everything but so far data transfer and power supply seem good.At around £20.50 at the time of review with a voucher for 2 these are a good solution to quick swapping.
