Great product at affordable price.
Happy with product. Was fairly easy to install in my electrical box for sun room light without motion sensor. Box hole was on side of round box at 45 degrees from top / bottom. Flexible mount allowed screwing in hole with small clearance behind box hole. Standard 1/2" electrical box fitting. Wires were more substantial than lower priced product that I returned because it wouldn't fit. Works well for me. Likely will buy another to repair another light with broken I/R sensor cove.

Saved my motion light from completely going in the garbage
I got a motion light off of Amazon - and discovered that the motion sensor didn't work work well. The range was off - and even at the highest sensitivity level, you had to be 1/2 way up the drive before it came on - and sometimes the light would go off too quickly. I was afraid I was going to have to throw it out. I liked the light itself - but the motion sensor was bad.On a whim, I decided to see if I could find a sensor to replace the one I had. This one was well reviewed - so I thought I would try. Interestingly, when I got this one, the shape was virtually identical to the one I was taking off. The only real difference was the connector into the light - and that the one on the light itself had on branding. I was concerned that this might be just like the one I was taking off.As I mentioned, the connector was different (the one on the existing light was snap in - and this one had a plastic nut that screwed into the light). The hole was really the same though - and there wasn't quite enough space for the nut inside the light - but I made it work. After it was running, I saw it definitely wasn't like the one I was replacing. The sensor was adjustable and I got it to work just the way I want. (The light comes on when I'm at the bottom of the drive - but doesn't come on for cars that pass in the middle of the road.) If I wanted to nit-pick, the daylight sensor seems a bit weak - and even if it is a dark gray day, the light will come on (even though it is light enough that it isn't needed). But on somewhat brighter days it works as expected. That's not enough of a problem for me to take off a star. For the price this was a great solution - and it kept a bit of electronic garbage out of the landfill for some more time. I recommend this one.

1 out of 3 sensors are giving me trouble
I found these easy to install, and had 3 motion lights with weathered and worn out sensors. TIP: If you aren't familiar with electricals, connect your Black-Black and White-White as per the instructions. These sensors have a Yellow wire, and your existing wire might be Red (connect Yellow-Red in that case). The replacement sensor for a single lamp with 2 par38 bulbs was easy. My other 2 lights are wired in series and covering the wider driveway area on a 2 car garage. The first was successful, but the 2nd lamp (end of the 2 lamp fixture series) is giving me trouble. The sensor flashes red with motion, but the LED bulbs don't come on like they do for the other lamp in the series. I'll keep at it as weather permits, but these DO work with my Honeywell lights and are worth the money so far.

Use it for cool ideas!
Works good. Used it to power a cat detering device. For those who want to know I hooked this up to an air compressor timer drain. When the timer drain gets power it does an automatic purge. So when the motion detector senses and energizes the timer drain it does it's default purge. I set this up on my porch with a compressed air tank for airing up tires and it works well. I had a cat that would spray on my bbq. I was awaken the other night by the PSHSHS noise and jumped up to see the car not wanting anything do with my porch. VICTORY!

Not suitable for outdoor use
Despite the description that this is suitable for outdoor use, it got wet, stopped working, and I had to replace it.
