Exactly what you want in a blade. It arrived well oiled so was ready to fit straight on the clippers. Nice and sharp. Appears to be a high quality steel so should last for years.Easy to change on my Andis clipper so I would assume the same for compatible brands.Can be sent off to be re-sharpened when needed. There are several firms providing this service.Good value for money. Definitely not worth wasting your money on unknown brands when you can purchase the brand preferred by many professional dog groomers, for only a couple of quid more. You only have to look at the high number of poor reviews against the cheap ones to see the sense in buying better. As I expect the cheap blades and clippers are all bought by DIY groomers like me, if they are failing after a couple of months then can only have been used a handful of times.This Andis blade will last for years for us DIY groomers making it good value for money.

I bought these for grooming my Labradoodle...They're great, they dont give the 'shaved' look as higher number blades do, nice finish and my dog still has his curl effect to him!

Great, better than trying to clip her with the 'Flymo' - joke.. Doesn't get through the knots but if you give the pet a comb / brush first it helps and a lot better than using grooming scissors - and a lot cheaper than taking her to the pet groomers over time too.

Gets through my cavapoos wiry hair when other blades don’t. Just a good length short but not making him look too shorn.

Excellent clipper for the poodle cross type dogs. The skip in the tines means you can get through the fur with minimal if any snags and the length of the clip without any guard is just right to tidy the dogs so they don't pick up too much mud when out, and yet long enough to keep the look of the fur.
