My grandson is 3 years old and he is fascinated with this toy. It is easy for him to operate and he loves the sound it makes.

My nephew just turned 4y/o and he wants to be a paleontologist. Of all the 20+ dinosaur gifts he received for his bday, this remote control t-rex was his favorite. As soon as the t-rex started moving, it caught everyone's attention. The best part was the steam coming out of its mouth. quite the showstopper. Only thing that bugged me was that the T-Rex came in the wrong color. Other than that, everything was perfect.

I waited a bit longer than usual to review this as I was feeling a bit disappointed with how much my kids played with it after the first weekend. For what it is, its executed pretty well, it moves way better than I thought it would - in terms of looks, and its faster than I thought it was. The spray is more mist than watergun - which made me happy, and it controlled "ok". Functionally the only issue we had was stability - it got tipped fairly easy when interacting with other toys. Ultimately the big flaw though was due to the stability, it kind of loss my kids (albiet on the older side of the spectrum) attention quicker than say the stunt remote control car I got them. I'd highly recommend for the younger side - say 6 and under, but 7 and 8 is a bit old for the value proposition.

Kid loves it

My great nephew is 5 years old and he absolutely loves this dinosaur. It is rechargeable and has great sound effects. The remote is big and he learned how to use it quickly. It roars and spurts steam which is awesome.I would recommend this for any child that likes dinosaurs.

This is a cheap toy that doesn’t hold together. The arms and tail will not stay on and it tips over and won’t work like it should. Don’t waste your time or money with this garbage.
