He’s eating it
I noticed my bird started to eat his own poop and that can indicate a calcium deficiency. He has a cuttlefish bone in his cage but he doesn’t seem to notice it anymore. I also got him a calcium perch and he never chews on it- honestly I don’t think I’ve even seen him touch it. Then I found these little morsels!!! Perfect for crumbling into his pellets. He doesn’t seem to mind the taste of them, and I can break them into small enough pieces that I know it’s safe. Worth the money for a healthy bird!

Sharp ”backing” is mixed in with pieces with out backing
These have to be checked carefully before giving them to my turtle as the backing pieces are sharp and potentially harmful. They also need to be very well sealed as they are an excellent nesting area - for unwanted pests. Back to buying the big pieces and peeling off the backing myself.Edit to add that very shortly after I posted this review the company contacted me and were very responsive, including offering a refund. I’ll definitely consider buying from them in the future.

Not much good for aqautic snails, since it floats
Purchased for my mystery snail babies, but it is not much good since the small pieces just float on top of the water and do not sink
