These are so cool! I have bought multiple and the beach fires are amazing and easy! Easy clean up and the fore starts fast.

Live in Interior Alaska and winter is both dark and snowy. When we have a special occasion we put one at the top of our driveway (we live down the hill) to signal where we are and to welcome our guests. It's marvelous.Because we have so much snow I don't worry about it spreading fire and no nearby trees. And now that it is staying light into the evening it is not so much needed. I love it and have one more in reserve for a dinner party this weekend. Soon it will be 12 hours of daylight and I'll have to stock up for fall.

The log was very easy to light and burned for over an hour. There was some chemical odor in the smoke that would make me hesitant to cook anything in the flame, hot dogs or marshmallows...

My fiancé loved it, I got this for him because he wanted a nice fire outside in the pit and all his wood got wet. I was searching for small fire pits and then this popped up. Once we had it lit it was a lovely fire, nice size and so cozy!

I have been using the regular timber totes for a while now. All previous ones burned well and smelled like good campfire wood. This batch I bought is stinkwood - burns well but is the sumac stinker wood. A big disappointment.
