It's not working properly.
The recieved machine is not working properly. No steam at all from the machine. Actually, I got a defected one last week and due to my complaint, amazonr has arranged send me other one. The new one I got yesterday is totally not working. So what to do.

Not powerful, useless really
Product doesn't make steam quickly. After long time it makes steam, but steam is not powerful for any practical purpose. Useless product.
