Lovely item. Never used but returned because it was too big.

I ordered this stainless steel ice scoop after the plastic one that came with my ice maker broke. This ice scoop is well made and sturdy. The food grade stainless steel has a smooth surface and is easy to clean. The scoop handle is welded carefully and connected firmly. I use it very well to get ice from the ice maker. Its quality is very good. Worth it.

Received unit on time. 37 days after we hooked up the unit, it had a complete mechanical failure. Just a piece of junk.

so far I like everything about it

We buy beans and grains in bulk. I wanted a scooper to make it easier to transfer the food from the 20lb bags they come in and put it in smaller containers we use for daily use.I like that this RESTISLAND Stainless Steel Ice Maker 10 Oz, Ice Scooper is 304 stainless steel. It is more sanitary for food use. Before ordering, I was worried the scoop would be too large, but it's a perfect size for our use. I weighed the scoop at 6.5 ounces. As you can see in my picture, my 1 cup measuring cup fits perfectly inside the scoop, showing how much it holds.My measurements are:Total length with hook: 10.5 inHandle: 3.5 inScoop: 6 3/8 inDepth: 1.75"The scoop has a flat bottom, so sits on the counter without wobbling. The loop hook on the end and the handle are soldered or welded on and I wonder if they'd break off if used heavily. I will not be using it for anything heavy, or that will give resistance when I scoop into it so I don't expect it to be a problem.

Seems to be working well, the guys say it melts fast, but it our heat index is like 110 rn. It should do fine, makes ice pretty quick.

We should have purchased this sooner. It's a perfect size to put on the counter, big enough to make a good amount of ice.
