Loving the concept. With two persons in the household that can't do gluten, I'm always searching for alternatives.The taste is awesome, earthy with tones of berry and very mild coffee, kind of Smokey.I've used it for cookies blended with chica flour and they were amazing.Totally buying it again as soon it is available.
