AWESOME buy it, hook it up. Start playin Farm sim22, BF1. simple games. & PC. Fit in a back back.
The media could not be loaded. this thing is awesome. I needed a lil pc too get back playing Farming sim, and get online. AND IT WORKS GREAT! and I been using it hard for about few months. It doesn't like BFV too much, lags alot.. But idc, FS22 AND BF1 work, im happy. Plus i got a mini pc, I can hookup and use too download Windows and other stuff, when building other PCs... Heck i mite get another one and put it in a car!..Seriously, All the time and money i spent trying too build a budget DELL990 SFF, was fun... But Im glad i grabbed this little PC too use while i built the other...Now i got like 3-4 PC's, and i let my family use this one when im not. 2 plugs, and a mini keyboard/mouse combo, AND YOUR GOOD TOO GO.. CAN FIT EVERYTHING IN A AMAZON BOX And grab it for when i gotta go somewere...This thing would be great for tunning CAR ecus, on a dyno..it has a bracket, you can mount it rite too the back of most any flat screen...

Defective unit
The PC i received is defective. It hadn't working properly starting from day 1. It always shut itself down with no reason. Then some error message popped up. Finally, in less than a month, when the power button was pushed, power light was on for a couple seconds, then went off. It simply could not stay powered on. It's very likely the unit has a faulty motherboard. Customer service is not helpful at all. They could only provide you with very basic instructions, such as checking the power cord, plugging the cables tightly, steps every customer would have taken before contacting customer service. When finally they agreed you could return the unit, they asked you to pack it in its original packaging, which is very unreasonable because I threw the packaging materials away already. After all, I did not expect a brand new PC would completely fail in less than a month. I have bought a few dozen PCs over the years, and this is the only one failed, and failed so miserably, in less than a month!

The perfect HTPC
There seems to be some confusion due to the box serial listing intel specs and prior reviews listing an Intel system. This review is for the AM07 system with 16gb ram, 512gb SSD, and Ryzen 5560 CPUBought this to use as a small media computer with my TV. It’s pretty robust with the Ryzen 5560 and integrated GPU, allowing some light gaming and emulation. Easily handles plex and any other video services/streaming if that’s your only use.The main drawback would probably be the thermals. There is a small and loud fan at the bottom of this thing. Due to its placement I’m sure it’s not actually drawing much air while placed on any hard service so it’s better to sit the system on its side (probably ideally mounted on the included VESA bracket). Regardless it’s audible even when the system isn’t loaded so if that bothers you/you need a more quiet environment consider replacing the fan.

Small, just what we needed but dead in less than 3 months
First of all, I want you to know I am a senior citizen and and not tech savvy. We had this less than 3 months, and it went belly up. It auto rebooted into BIOS and only into BIOS when rebooting. Could not find a File System. Before auto rebooting on its own, we had not had a problem and it was working well. Our son who is a computer tech said SSD/nVME drive appeared to be dead. I sent an email to the company, and they responded. They agreed it was probably a bad hard drive. They sent us the directions to remove and install a new hard drive which they said should cost $20-40. I emailed back that they could send me a new hard drive since it was under warranty. They responded back they don't have spare hard drives in the warehouse and they sent me a link to a hard drive on Amazon and that they would reimburse me $20-40. The hard drive was $99.99. I again sent an email back that the drive was more than $40 and they responded that the cost is $20-40. I told them to pay for it on Amazon and have it sent to me, or add the $99.99 to my account and I would buy it. They wouldn't do that again saying hard drives are $20-40. So they wanted me to send the whole computer back at my expense and they would send another. They sent me an address that was really weird, a person's name and address in New York. I didn't want to send it and not know if I would ever get another. We finally agreed on them refunding $50 to my account and I bought the recommended drive which luckily was on sale for $85. My son installed the drive and he said the original was not a good drive to begin with (probably why they are only $20-40) and the one I bought is a really good one. So we shouldn't have any more issues, I hope. I'm giving 2 stars vs 1 only because they did at least respond pretty quickly. I don't think I would recommend this particular computer.

Almost perfect mini PC - update: NVME disk failed after 7 months
This little box is small and works quite well. I would give it 5 stars, except sometimes, it doesn't detect the hard drive or Wi-Fi driver takes a little bit more time to get loaded. Reboot usually resolve the issue. I cannot find any place to download the latest firmware versions though.Update: After 7 months' usage, the SSD died. I contacted the [email protected], and got a generic response but no exchange was offered. Given NVME disk should last much longer and this is a common error for this model, I lowered the overall rating.

Great mini PC
Excellent mini PC. Good graphics and a speedy CPU. It does have an issue of the fan being loud in a warm room.
