Quality is not good

I don't like this product. It's hard and not giving any comfort while using. Not helping for any kind of neck pain.

There are 2 products in this order: 1 for back and 1 for neck. The neck part is good and effective and helps in easing the pain. The back part is quite ridiculous and useless. The plastic is not that hard so once you lean your back on it, it gets flatten with the weight and pressure. So, effectively it lies flat on the ground with your back lying flat on it without the posture supposed to support the back. Had the plastic been hard enough, it would have been food product.
