Brilliant for body boarding!
I'll comment on build and quality, and then my opinion and experience, and finally my score.This item is excellent quality, and an absolute bargain for around £7. It has a very long piece of velcro around a well cushioned strap. The joining areas have a shrink wrap seal to them, which I've not seen before. 5 stars and beyond for build and price.My opinion. I'm a surfer and paddleboarder. My surf and paddleboard leashes are around 10ft long. I've never done body boarding but I've seen people with a shorter leash to the arm. I seriously doubt this item is suitable to surf. The whole strap stretches to approximately 1.25 metres, if you get wiped off your board your board is only 1.25m (or an arm's length) from your head! Your legs are probably under water and your board - attached to this- is NOT! I absolutely would not buy this for surfing. For paddleboarding? I get it. A short leash, tidy on your board whilst paddling. Hmmm, maybe? There will always be some tension to the strap, personally, I think it's too restrictive. Also, if you DO come off your paddleboard, I'm not sure how easy it will be to get back on when your feet are 3ft under water and your board is directly above, how easy will it be to get on since your leg is so close to the very end of the board. I honestly think this is more suited as a body board strap.5 star for build, 5 star for quality, 5 star as a body board strap, 1 star for advertising. I think 4 star overall? Do your research, find out in groups if the length of this strap will be suitable for your chosen use. See pics for length and build.

Good leash
This leash is ideal to keep your paddle close to you so you don't lose it. It's ideally suited to sup or kayaking users. It is faily big so the user will need to have big ish wrists but will definitely help to keep your paddle within easy reach should you fall inGood strong velcro strap with a elasticated plastic strap with a swivel joint. At a good price
