i could not locate the "self adhesive strip"! maybe on the old model but not this one. these things are enormous and don't work well with regular boxer briefs, very bulky. i guess you need to spend extra and get the fixation pants which weren't mentioned anywhere but in the video on their website. there is no way these fit discreetly under regular clothes, they are simply too big! not at all what i expected.

Item is ok, however, the adhesive could be improved. Absorbency is adequate when positioned correctly and it stays in place. Its better than most other competitive products.

Es fehlen leider Klebestreifen, Einlage rollt sich sonst immer wieder zusammen.

Perfect for night time protection and good value. Yes they are big but that is a bonus.

Just received my order, first impression , they are substantially larger than any other pads I have tried which is a good thing. They have good leakage barriers another plus. No, you cannot detect them through your daily outerwear. The test is in the peeing I’ll update soon but first impressions, very favourable.

OMG....THESE THINGS ARE HUGE???...i thought they be discreet pads....?.....they like very large nappies?.....grrr why do i buy such rubbish??
