Absolutely functional, easy to use (plug and use) and perfect size to carry around with your laptop. Price point is fair and includes just the ports I needed (plus gives me back the possibility to charge my laptop through it instead of making me use another thunderbolt port, awesome!) I bought this hub because I need a stable Ethernet connection for work on my MacBook Air (M4), and it has helped me a lot. It has been working exactly as intended with no issues over the past two months. I work a 9 to 6 shift with two days off, which means I use this hub for around 160 hours per month, and I’ve had no connection problems at all. I use it with an external monitor, and at the same time it fast charges my MacBook when connected to my 65W UGREEN charger, which makes it a perfect combination for my setup. I’ve seen some comments mentioning overheating, but I personally haven’t experienced this issue at all. The hub is also very simple to use, just plug and play with no setup required. Overall, it’s a reliable and efficient hub for daily work use.

The hub works as advertised. My new Imac has only two USB-C ports so the hub enabled me to attach an ethernet cable and the USB cable from my printer. I still have two additional USB ports for a memory card reader or a pen drive.

I can't speak to the durability and longevity of the item as I just got it, but the first one I tried like this (different brand) didn't work at all, and this one seems to work perfectly. At least the ethernet connectivity and pass through charging works, I haven't tried the other features. Ethernet works great though. I tested it on my laptop and got over 930 Mbps down . I actually bought it to use with my Meta Quest for VR Racing, and that works perfectly too although I had to reboot the Quest with it connected to get it to work. That's no big deal though, once connected it worked perfectly. 5 stars for now, we'll see how it holds up over time.

Great Product, it has the ports you need, sometimes it heats and everything, it’s not that crazy but it could be better. I mean, why would a usb hub need to be hot? Anyways, the design it’s good. The speed it’s good, as expected. The connectivity it’s also good, no problems with Ethernet or hdmi. With WiFi I used to get 100 mbps and now I’m getting 400mbps. The size is ideal but it could fit a lot more ports. Overall, buy it if you do t really care about it being a little bit hot

I have a very similar one from Anker but for whatever reason, it decided to stop outputting video over the HDMI. I have a few UGreen products that are nearly identical to Anker. Anker is usually my go to brand but I opted for UGreen this time around for the replacement. Quality is just as good as Anker, price was somewhat better and this solves all my needs for my laptop which has limited ports. I've been just as happy with my Ugreen stuff as I have been with Anker...

I got this to use with my ROG Ally X, and it's super handy. I added a Keyboard, mouse, and HDMI monitor to it, and it worked like a dream. i had some issue where the PCI pass-through for power wasn't enough for the ROG Ally to get into turbo mode. I just ended up using the the other usb c to power it and everything worked smoothly.

It's not really a docking but more a hub. I needed something with a USBc charger and connector which also included ethernet to not loose any more ports. The only trouble i had was that i couldn't use it with the UGreen 65W charger i already had but it worked perfectly with the Dell 90W USBC charger i already had. It seems there is some issue with some chargers. I also tried with ah 160W OnePlus charger and that also didn't work. But Ugreen is solving the issue, i was helped really good by the service department, so points go also to them.

Happy with the product and gives all the options that we were looking for.

For those without a monitor with a built in hub, this would be the go-to dock. With lots of ports to connect from and a longer than typical USB C host cable. Able to display 4K resolution but with slight display lag. Stable and does not drop connection throughout my use
