Finally found soft, comfortable, well made socks that fit great!!
My search for socks is finally over! Over the years, I have bought so many different socks. I am truly picky when it comes to comfortable socks. These Pembrook diabetic ankle socks are almost perfect!I don't have diabetes but I do get swollen ankles sometimes, especially if my socks are tight around the ankle. These socks are so comfortable! They fit all of my requirements for socks:- They are not too thick, because I like somewhat thin comfortable socks. Also not too thin that they will fall apart after wearing once them twice. - They have a cushioned sole but not so thick that they are hot and sweaty.- They are stretchy and non-binding at the ankle and over the top of the foot. - They are wide and loose at the ankles but they don't constantly fall off. In fact, they stay exactly where they are supposed to be.- They don't have a horrible seam along the end of your toes. It is along the top but done well so it isn't big and bulky on top or on the sides. Some socks have the seam sewn so badly that you end up with big corners sticking out on each side of the toes. - They are not tight or constantly pulling at the toes. - They are soft and they don't stick to any rough spots you may have on the bottom of your feet. - These are comfortable both barefoot and in shoes. - They are machine washable and didn't fall apart or change size completely when washed. - They are a good price for 6 pairs of socks! These socks are made of polyester and spandex. I prefer cotton socks normally, so I wasn't sure if I would like that these were polyester but I do like the material. They have mesh material along the top that makes them not to hot and also has more stretch. I included some pictures of the sock wrong side out so you can see how well made these socks are.The reason I say they aren't perfect, is the non binding ankle isn't quite loose enough, so they still make a little imprint on my ankle. It is barely there though and it isn't uncomfortable. I'm hoping after wearing them a few times they will become a little looser. But they are definitely not tight. After buying so many different brands of socks, I have finally found some that I will wear! They won't be added to the collection of tried on once and shoved to the back of my drawer. I am super happy with these socks! So, I am rating these Pembrook socks 5 stars and I would definitely recommend them to any picky sock buyer out there. These are definitely worth a try! For size comparison, I wear a size 8 1/2 wide shoe and I bought medium socks.

Finally!
I couldn’t find ankle socks that weren’t tight on my ankles so I’ve been wearing the no show socks. The problem was that they kept sliding down into my shoe. These socks are wonderful! Soft, stretchy, great colors. I got my usual size and the fit is perfect. I wore them for the first time yesterday and forgot I had them on. No sweating. No swelling.

Great socks
I have problems with circulation and some swelling when I'm on my feet too long. I have bought diabetic socks in the past but could only find crew length locally. These are soft and the cuffs don't bind while the socks stay in place no matter how much I walk.I definitely recommend this product. Fun colors and no binding.

Bought for Edema
I wasn't sure if I should give this product 3 or 4 stars. First I want to say that I would have given them a 5 if they had helped with my problem, which is some edema at the end of the day. They do not help, although I ordered the correct size. As the day goes on the ankle band becomes tighter and therefore my foot (r) begins to swell. That being said they are well made and the foot pad is very comfortable. They were delivered promptly and packaged well. The colors are very nice. I would suggest that you put the box in an envelope or coverthe large DIABETIC Socks on the box. I am thinking of going a size up in the future.

Too Tight and not in a good way
Hoping to buy. On restrictive socks, these disappoint. Not loose fitting at all. Leaves a pressure ring around my ankle. My ankle is very small circumference wise due to an ankle fusion so these being tightness a complete surprise. A nicely made sick just too small.

So comfy
These socks are so comfortable! They are the only socks I will ever wear. They are very roomy so my circulation is not getting cut off around my ankles anymore. My toes feel like they are free and not swished. Love them!

VERY VERY COMFORTABLE
I rarely write a review, but I feel strongly that these are some of the best socks I have put on my feet!! Because of over pronation on right foot I must wear supportive shoes all the time, even when the temp is 108 and above for several days. These socks never leave a "too snug" mark on my ankle, and are very comfortable. I would highly recommend these socks to anyone who has diabetes or foot problems. I got the large size, because my toes like extra room. I wear a size 8 shoe.

So comfortable
I've had edema for over 30 yrs; now I have neuropathy to boot! I've always used knee length prescription compression stockings but for a few yrs they haven't been working that well for me. In fact my legs became red and very itchy. These 1/4 diabetic socks (I don't have diabetes) are very comfortable and look like regular socks. I've worn them for two days now and have very little swelling. I am super happy!
