Sensibly priced. Attractive design. Only had it a short time but have found nothing to dislike so far!The liner in mine is a solid unit with no joins or anywhere that liquid could leak from, so I assume that where other people have experienced leaks, they must have an earlier model which has the offset whisk joined by a shaft to the base. My whisk is central and is turned magnetically. It could not leak.DON’T fill to the max if you’re frothing the milk - it will froth up so much that it pours merrily from the top, even with the lid on. It holds enough milk for two cappuccino cups even when filled halfway to the max mark. The milk is lovely and hot, very frothy, and makes a great cappuccino.When the button is pressed it first goes to “hot, frothy” (top left) and will start after a couple of seconds, so if you want a different setting, press again quickly until you get the one you want. That’s “hot, not frothy” (top right), “cold, frothy” (bottom left), and “hot chocolate” (bottom right).It’s easy to clean. Just rinse and wipe immediately after use. Remember to take the whisk out while cleaning and replace it afterwards.I haven’t tried hot chocolate yet, but I’m looking forward to that!So far, so good! Better than Costa any day!

This product worked wonderfully for the first 5 coffees and then it stopped frothing the milk. Now it only produces warm/hot milk with no froth. Highly disappointed with this product. Not even 10 days old.

Froths milk very well but don't use the Upper fill mark or it will overflow . use Lower fill mark.Difficult to clean as you can't put in dishwasher and milk can stick to it if left after use .I've used it daily since I got it.I rinse and wipe clean with kitchen towel .For Price it's very effective

Worked great at first and absolutely loved it, but now after maybe about a month, liquid has started leaking through the power socket part at the bottom and we can't use it, gutted since it's been great until nowUpdate: The seller was quick to respond and sent me out a brand new one very quick, seems to be no issues once again so back to enjoying being able to use it 😊

Love this product as love making my own lattes and cappuccinos BUT the milk does stick and burn onto the bottom so difficult to clean and then now totally stopped doing anything except slightly warming the milk. Seems such a waste to just throw away. A real shame!

Does lovely Warm milk, thick froth, hot chocolate (worked great with hotel chocolate sachets).Only minor niggles, you need good light to be able to see the min/max marks on the inside when filling; you have to be quick to select the program and know where it is before switching on, as it’s not visible until you start the selection process - but these are only tiny drawbacks and easy to get used to. General working is excellent and does exactly what it should!

Loved this frother when I got it. BUT after 5 months (with me being the only person using this frother and ONLY using it once a day) the machine decided to pack it in :/ it still does heat but the mechanism in the middle doesn’t spin. Very poor to not even last half a year
