Given the material (100% polyester according to the tag inside the bag), I would believe that the bag is washable. However, the tag indicates clearly: no bleach, do not iron, do not dry clean, and do not tumble dry. If I were to wash my bag in the clothes washer, I would put the bag into another bag or sack (perhaps a large pillow case, and then tie it shut) and wash with cold water; hang to dry in a warm place. Since my bag has only been used 3-4 times, I'm not ready to wash it yet, but this is how I will do it when the time comes.

That would depend on the seat and how much you stuff in the bag. I have not yet used this bag for air travel, but it is the same outer dimensions as a roller bag that we bought specifically for Spirit Airlines, which has been successfully stowed under the seat. I’d say be mindful of how much you try to stuff in it, given it is a soft-side bag and could probably be filled to beyond the point of serving its purpose as an under seat bag.
