Very impressed! I bought the R20 190W on the recommendation of ChatGPT (I asked what the best all around cordless vacuum is) with the intention of using it for small clean ups. Picks up piles of cat hair and litter box tracking my cordless vacuum misses. When on full power the battery does drain quickly, but the regular suction setting is adequate for 95% of normal vacuum chores.The blue light really illuminates dust and pet hair. I was totally shocked (and disgusted) at how filthy my floors were. They looked clean to the naked eye, but once the blue light hit em, I was ready to wretch.Seems to charge just about as fast as any other batter powered tool. No complaints. The only CON is the cannister is small and fills up fast, but on the other hand, it fills up fast because the vacuum is doing a good job.There may be better cordless vacuums out there in some respects, but for $235 delivered, I'm very happy with this one.

I really want to give this 5 stars because I think it’s good quality, has strong suction and maneuvers around bends/under furniture with ease but it’s a huge downfall that it won’t stand up on its own. Since it’s top heavy it needs something sturdy to lean on. The wall “mount” doesn’t actually hold it up on the wall above ground, it’s just a platform for it to lean on (on the ground). You also constantly have to hold down the power button with your finger, unless there’s a secret way to keep it on that I haven’t read about. Once you take your finger off it turns off! I researched the best cordless vacuum for weeks it felt like, ended up choosing this and I’m overall happy but thought others might like to know the small details it’s lacking.

Love this vacuum. We just replaced all carpet with luxury vinyl plank flooring and needed a very light weight but efficient vacuum to replace my very heavy upright. This vacuum has ample suction even on the lowest setting. Easy to empty dirt canaster. swivel handle makes it so easy to clean underneath furniture. Highly recommend it, especially for those that need a light weight but efficient vacuum.

Had this vacuum a total of 36 hours before we decided to return it. Do not let anyone fool you, it only works for maybe 20 minutes at a time and takes almost 4 hours to charge fully. Forget about using the full power mode or you will only get 10 minutes tops. The automatic suction reducing option is very annoying when trying to use the crevice tools. Constantly turning the motor on and off to reset it. Has potential to be a great vacuum. Thought the light on the head was going to be a joke until I used it. It really does help see the dust. Has great suction at full power and could be something special if only it had a longer battery life.

Pros: Built with high-quality materials, great suction, streamlined designCons: Does NOT hold much charge at all. Extremely frustrating as we can't even finish the first floor of our home without it needing recharged. Beyond disappointed with this. It stated up to an hour and we are lucky if we get 20m.As such, we would NOT purchase this again. It is ridiculous as well that the backup battery costs as much as it does as limited as the battery life is with the vacuum.

It works fine and high power mode can last about 8 min which is just slightly shorter than my Dyson v12 but the price is only 1/4. My only hope is that it has the smart detection that changes power mode automatically based on the surface.
