Great shoes!
Very comfortable upgrade for me! I'm a cook who stands for 12 hours sometimes more and these shoes have been a heck of an upgrade from the Skechers I was wearing. I also got custom orthotics called Power Step because I've been experiencing metatarsalgia (pain in the ball of my foot) and these shoes with the orthotics have been noticably improving that condition. For $55 these are worth a try! Take it from a man who has been cooking and working in restaurants for approximately 20 years. One small side note, I did order Scotchgard to spray on them because I make biscuits and get flour on my shoes a lot, so I'm hoping that will make them easier to clean in the long run. Good luck to you! Another side note, I wear size 12 in nearly all of my shoes and ordered size 12 and they fit great. So I would say they are true to size in fit. The slip resistance is also pretty good, no issues so far. They are also way more stylish than the Skechers I've been wearing for years now. Go get em!

VERY Comfortable and well made. Order the one size ABOVE your american shoe size.
These shoes were purchased by me through my wife's account (she has PRIME) but I', the guy wearing them. In advance of a cruise to rainy British Isles I wanted comfortable walking shoes that were "waterproof". I did a lot of seaching reading reviews - mostly by folks who work in restaurants. (I do not). Anyway all these types of shoes are made in China. So the actual "size" is in European size. I wear a Mens size 13 which equals ABOUT a size 47. I purchased a pair by another company that said it was a 13 and when I got my toes were literally at the front end. They are returnable so I did return for immediate refund. I would order the next size byt "13 was the largest). Then I saw these which were a bit pricier but they had a "size 14" Si I ordered. When they came I realized when trying to put them on that, unlike most shoes, the tongue is not loose. It is sewn in on both sides. That mean I have to loosen the top few laces to put on. Not a dealbreaker, just a surprise. I wore around the house for a few days and they were really comfortavble. Then I decided I'd keep them and took on vacation where I walked a lot. I was surprised that the support they gave me was really good. I also got caught in the rain and proved they are really waterproof.! So I'm now ordering a second pair. The soles are slipproof. And if I get 6-12 months use nearly every day I'll have done well. I've actually never tried Sketchers (the "don't bend down" shoes but I actually sit down when putting on shoes so I don't understand the "gimmick".So my suggestion is to order these one size larger than your American shoe size and try around the house. If you feel they are to long, then return and try your normal size. Returns are free and easy.

Not fully waterproof but a great product!
Three shoes are comfortable, have a basic clean look, come in one color (black), are water "resistant" (not waterproof as described), lightweight, have good arch and ankle support for walking a few miles a day on concrete and come in a variety of sizes and widths. If they were waterproof these would be the perfect work shoes. They are water resistant, which I'll settle for because they win in every other category.

Not step in.
These are ok. Seem comfortable and will do for the price point. However, I am disappointed that these are not step in. The video ad shows the person just walking up to them and stepping in. No hands. This is what I was looking for; easy in, easy out. But the heel lip is not flared or reinforced enough to make stepping into them at all easy. The lip rolls into the shoe with your foot which will ultimately wear that part of the shoe out. So, these are a "slip" on. Will definitely need your hands.Style-wise, I like them. I got the graduated grey and they look really nice. Light weight and a decent insole. Hoping they hold up.

Overall Comfortability
Shoe fits great it's nice, snug, and really comfortable. Didn't take long to break in as well as it grips the ground really well.

I can only wear these for a short time before discomfort starts to creep in...
I really liked these shoes for about the first month. After I got them broken in, the right shoe seemed to have a very subtle raised area on the sole directly under the ball of my foot. I tried different insoles, but I would eventually start feeling that "lump" after a while. It probably wouldn't be so apparent if these weren't my work shoes that I wear every day for 12 hours, walking up to 3 miles/day. I eventually replaced them with a different brand boot that is much more comfortable on those long days at work. I now wear these shoes when I cut the grass, since that doesn't take more than an hour. My "princess and the pea" foot doesn't start feeling any discomfort until I've had them on for a couple hours. Everything else seemed to work as advertised as far as the light weight, non-slip, and waterproof claims. I would guess my shoe had a slight manufacturing flaw, like an extra fold in a piece of fabric that caused the raised area. Those small details start to matter when you have to wear them for an extended amount of time.
